After years of successfully recruiting cleared IT/technical talent for a local Federal government contracting firm, Nick moved on to project management roles for two successive Intel Community consulting start-ups, applying his certifications in Salesforce and ServiceNow development to streamline and improve internal business processes while learning from the entrepreneurs. He then parlayed his degree in computer information systems and innate technical acumen into a high-profile assignment with a premier IC client, working as an IT developer and later as the lead Salesforce platform engineer where he now tailors commercial software to meet mission demands. Recognizing his client’s need for cost-effective, innovative solutions to solve national security challenges, Nick launched TLA and brought together a team of leaders with decades of IC customer experience.
