A former IC client staff officer, Ann is a dynamic, passionate, experienced talent acquisition professional. With 25+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 15 years in private industry and more than 10 within the IC, Ann has supported three directorates and instituted our client’s initial new hire program. She takes the time to truly get to know candidates’ skills and preferences to find a satisfying client role while keeping an eye out for follow on engagements.
