She’s managed large-scale enterprise IT portfolios and high-performing teams and is adept at meeting personnel requirements while working within budgetary constraints. She leverages her robust network of prime and sub-contractor program executives and her reputation for client service delivery to position herself as a trusted partner to numerous industry peers seeking to win and expand business. Amber now directs TLA’s contract administration, business development, client and vendor relationships, and day-to-day operations.
